What we collect

If you send a quote request, we receive what you type into the form, usually your name, phone number, email address, town or postcode and a description of the job, plus any photos you attach.

We don’t use cookies on this website. We count visits and button taps as simple totals that don’t identify you.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, give you a quote and, if you go ahead, do the work. We use your details because you’ve asked us to get in touch about a job, and because it’s in our legitimate interests to respond to enquiries.

We won’t send you marketing or pass your details to anyone else to market to you.

Who else sees it

This website is run for us by Teabreak Sites, which stores and delivers your enquiry to us on our behalf. Teabreak Sites and its service providers must keep your details secure and can only use them to deliver the service to us.

Photos you send are stored privately, and hidden information inside them, such as the location where they were taken, is removed.

How long we keep it

Until the enquiry and any work that follows are finished, plus as long as we need to for guarantees, insurance and tax records.

Your rights
